In-stock Merchandise:

Backorders:
If the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock, we will promptly provide you with an expected shipping time via follow-up email.
Multiple Shipments:
Your order may be filled from various locations and/or vendors, resulting in items arriving separately. Rest assured, you will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will be simply divided across the multiple packages when your order is charged.

Full-priced Merchandise: Items presented within 2 days will be credited.
Condition of Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or replacements for items that have been used or if the packaging has been damaged or opened, unless all original tags are still attached.
Return Patterns: We value the trust of our customers. In cases where we identify an unreasonable return pattern through electronic analysis, we may need to restrict or refuse future transactions at Advantage Mobility or on advantagemobility.com.au.
Exchange Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be faulty or incorrect compared to what you ordered.
Returns In-Store:
